Le Cantine: the history of Colomba Bianca wine
Colomba Bianca wineries were founded in 1970 and are located in western Sicily. Over the years it has become the largest wine cooperative in Sicily. It covers a large part of the Sicilian territory, between the provinces of Trapani, Agrigento, Palermo, Caltanissetta and Ragusa.
Today, the winery is among the largest producers of organic grapes in Europe with 1,800 hectares of organic certified vineyards.
