Risotto Pistachio Preparation: Heat 1 litre of water or broth. In a pan pour 5 tablespoons of EVO oil or a knnea of butter, add the flavored rice stirring for one minute. Continue cooking by adding the broth or water a little at a time and stirring often. Once the Risotto is cooked, stir in a kno treat and add salt.
