Ingredients Tumminello grani Tumminia and Maiorca Biscuits:durum wheat flour (Timilia variety) 36.4%, raw brown sugar, type 1 soft wheat flour (Mallorca variety) 15.7%, fresh eggs (from hens raised outdoors) 12.8%, butter, extra virgin olive oil 6%, whole fresh milk 4%, salt, aromas, leavening agents: disodium diphosphate, baking soda.
